Mediterranean style in Valencia 7 October 2019

We would like to invite you to yet another interesting place in Valencia, where this year’s EFIC was held, that is the 11th Congress of the European Federation for the Fight against Pain (4-7.09.2019). Our groups had the opportunity to visit the Palau Almeda restaurant. The restaurant’s founders were inspired by trees, Valencia gardens and the sky. The interior is dominated by marble and quartz embodying the quintessence of modern Mediterranean style. Palau Alameda is located in one of the most privileged areas in the capital of Valencia, namely next to the Turia Gardens. The terrace offers amazing views and two options: a part with a relaxed atmosphere serving tapas menu and another with a carefully prepared and diverse gastronomic offer at the hands of chef Nicolás Román. The chef recommends quite a few tasting choices that have common features and subtle differences. The Àtic Bar is fresh, youthful and exudes personality. The restaurant harmoniously combines avant-garde and tradition, and at the forefront are the product, technology and local cuisine. This simple but unconventional menu comes with a guarantee of quality. In addition to the terrace, which has already become a cult place to spend free time in the city, the building has two additional spaces: party hall and club Azza. Palau Alameda is a great place in Valencia that we can recommend to anyone.
